Inside Rylee's 6 Week Training Program
How we’re building strength, cardio, and real consistency
Over the past few days, I’ve gotten so many messages asking about the 6-week plan I put Rylee on and whether it’s something you could follow too. I shared the outline quickly in Stories, but I wanted to sit down and really explain the why behind it and give all of my best tips for success!
Rylee’s goals are simple, but powerful:
get better at cardio
get stronger
prioritize working out more consistently
Not to “change her body,” not to train for anything extreme, but to feel stronger, more capable, and more committed to movement in her day-to-day life. That’s exactly how I approach programming, and it’s why I love this 6-week structure so much!
